Processing & Shipping
All orders are printed and shipped from the United States.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delivery times.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or high-volume seasons.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Personalized Orders
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. Your chosen wording will be printed exactly as entered.
Because all cards are personalized, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production begins.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may only be possible shortly after an order is placed and cannot be updated once the package has shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier directly.
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS for additional assistance.
In the event a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
