Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each card is personalized and made to order, returns and refunds are not available once your card has been created.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double‑check your address at checkout. Orders cannot be edited after they are submitted.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States is a flat $3.49.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped. USPS delivery times can vary.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing typically takes 2–3 business days before your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Personalization

How does personalization work?

Each card includes a space for your custom message. You can enter the text you’d like printed on the front of the card during checkout.

Can I personalize the artwork?

Personalization applies to the text only. The artwork and layout remain the same for every card.

Where do I add my personalized text?

You’ll see a text box on the product page or at checkout. Enter your message there, and it will be printed exactly as provided.

Can I preview my personalized text?

A preview is not generated automatically, but your text will be printed in the same style and placement shown in the product photos.
